West Virginia permits broad access to many court dockets, but a requester must still find the office that holds the desired record. The Mingo County Circuit Clerk maintains the chronological filing and setting history for Circuit Court and the permitted public Family Court material. The Magistrate Clerk keeps lower-court matters. WVPASS and Magistrate Case Record Search provide separate statewide search routes, and Williamson-area municipal cases remain with the town unless they move into the state system. The site gathers those verified search paths, contacts, number formats, and request steps in one place.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no connection to a West Virginia court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits mean:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
